1. Why would I need self-storage?
For a wide variety of reasons, including storing furniture whilst moving house or for archiving business files.
2. What size units do you have available?
We have a range of units available, to suit your needs:
- Single garage – size 5.5 meters x 3 meters
- Half garage – size 5.5 meters x 1.5 meters
3. Do I need to provide my own packing boxes?
You can use your own packing materials or we have a selection available that you can purchase.
4. How secure will my belongings be?
- 24 hour armed response
- Dog patrol
- Owners and Staff reside on property
5. Office Hours?
Monday to Friday 8H00 – 17H00
6. How do I access my unit?
Gate Hours: Monday to Sunday 6H00 – 19H00
7. Can I park near my unit?
We have ample free parking and you should be able to park close to your unit.
8. How can I pay?
We can take payment in a number of ways:
- Cash
- Cheque
- Bank Transfer
9. Is there anything that I can’t store?
There are just a few items that you can’t store and these are illegal or inflammable items and perishable goods. If you are storing anything that uses fuel, such as a heater or lawnmower, it must be drained before it is stored. Only empty gas cyclinders may be stored.
